“Good morning. I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much we appreciate everything that you and your staff have done for the Prairie Ridge Hospital here in Elbow Lake. Whenever we have a question about the system or something that is not right we will call AC or Greg and they will answer the phone no matter what time of day or night. A lot of contractors work from 9 to 5 and will not answer the phone until the next day. This is not the case with DDC. I have never had a time that either AC, Greg or yourself have not answered the phone and have helped fix the problem and when you do your repairs at our facility many times you will repair other contractors problems, not because you have to, but because you thought it was the right thing to do.
